had just came back from training.
it was like finally.
TRAININGS!!
and yesterday, i went jogging with GIRLFREN, suying.
hahas.
we ran a total of 6 rounds which was about 2.4 km.
and i found it too little.
but we were to0 tired to carry on.
so went off at around 7.35pm
jogging is another way of releasing your stress luh.
felt great after the run.
and i tried and forbade myself from thinking about those grades.
errrmmm.
nvm. forget.....

these few days, my heart seems like it is breaking up.
ehh. i mean it's like im gonna have heart attack any moment.
i felt my heart muscle being tore or pulled by somebody.
well, something's wrong.
and my knee had a relapse
it hurts whenever i put pressure on it.
maybe due to the jog i had yesterday.
